I Secure Credit & Capital Services Limited (Formerly known as Orchid Securities Limited) is the public listed company incorporated on 9th March, 1994. There has been changed in the control and management of the company pursuant to successful completion of open offer by the acquirer Mr. Yatin Sanjay Gupte, Mr. Sojan V Avirachan and Mr. R Venkataramana on June 26th, 2020.

The Securities of the Company were admitted at MSEI (Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited) on 21st June, 2016 vide MSEI Notice No: MSEI/LIST/4275/2016 dated 17th June, 2016, subsequently name has since been changed in MSEI to I Secure Credit & Capital Services Limited on March 15, 2021.

The Authorized Share Capital of the Company at the time of Initial Public Issue was Rs. 3,25, 00,000 & has been increased to 27,00,00,000 till date of this report. The paid-up share capital of the Company was Rs. 3,00,01,000 consisting of 30,00,100 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at the time of Public Issue for which the allotment was made in January, 1996 & there is no change in the paid-up Capital of the Company since 1996 .
